This is a smart and entertaining film. It's Al Pacino vs. Robert De Niro. Even though Robert is the bad guy, you still want him to win. I really like Val Kilmer in this movie as well. This movie is very smart and it's fun to watch. This movie is about a group of criminals and a cop who is trying to get them. This movie has bad language. I would recommend this movie for teens and older.
